We will run a social media campaign to make littering a taboo in India. We want to make it a socially unacceptable activity.
3D printed plastic dustbins
The plastic litter can be reused by making them into 3D printed dustbins which will be placed from where the litter was collected.
Wearable Dustbins
90-95% of littering would have been reduced if the litterers had dustbins in front of them. People throw waste because it is difficult to carry it around. We aim to build aesthetic and portable dustbins which can be carried with pride.
Pfand system in India
Financial incentive is the best motivator. We aim to implement a system similar to the Pfand system in Germany. Every product sold under this scheme will have a part of its MRP as security fee. When this product's packaging will reach the recycling facility, the customer's security fee will be refunded to his UPI account.
